Your assignment is straightforward: contact the listed employer(s), confirm the candidate’s tenure, position held and any other standard details the HR department is willing to release, then compile a concise verification report. Where possible, secure written confirmation (company-headed email, letter or completed verification form) and note the name, role and contact details of the person who supplied the information.
Please observe South African POPIA requirements, maintain full confidentiality, and deliver:
• A brief narrative report summarising each item verified
• Scans or screenshots of supporting proof (or an audio log if verbal confirmation is the only option), clearly dated
