• A short written report summarising dates, positions held, and whether the information matches the résumé I will supply
• Supporting evidence—screenshots of email replies, signed letters, or call notes that include the contact’s name, title, and date

I’ll provide the candidate’s CV, consent form, and preferred contact sequence as soon as we start. You are free to use your own verification template as long as the final report is clear, factual, and ready for audit.
