Pre Education Vetting Project, Rosaka Village-Uganda

Job ID: 40228748

Budget: $10 – $55 USD

I am launching a focused audit of the education ecosystem in Rosaka Village, Uganda, before the next school term begins. The work covers the full spectrum of “pre-education vetting”: confirming that the people, places and processes behind our village schools are safe, credible and ready to deliver quality learning.

Here is what I need from you:

• On-site data collection. Spend one to two days in Rosaka visiting each registered primary school. Interview administrators, observe classrooms and log the current state of infrastructure (classrooms, sanitation, security and learning materials).
• Stakeholder verification. Run basic background and reference checks on teaching and support staff where records are available, and verify that each enrolled learner physically attends and matches the school roster.
• Evidence capture. Photograph key facilities and scan any paperwork that supports your findings so we have a digital archive.
• Reporting. Compile your observations into a concise, well-structured report that flags strengths, gaps and any urgent risks, ending with actionable recommendations the local school committee can follow.

Acceptance criteria
1. All active schools in Rosaka Village are visited and listed in the report.
2. Each finding is backed by time-stamped photos or scanned documents.
3. The final report is delivered in PDF and editable DOCX formats, clearly sectioned into People, Facilities and Compliance, and submitted within seven days of completing field work.

If you are familiar with field-based audits, light-touch background screening, and can communicate fluently in English (Luganda a bonus), I would love to review your proposal outlining method, timeline and any past experience in similar rural education projects.
