Optimum Subscribers for Telecom Market Research
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We are conducting market research on telecom pricing and are looking for current Optimum (formerly Altice) customers who have Broadband internet, TV, and/or mobile service with the operator.
To qualify, you must fulfill the following criteria:
Provider: You must be a current Optimum/Altice subscriber.
Required Documentation: You must provide only your last 3 consecutive bills in PDF format.
Privacy: Your name and personal information will not be published; this is strictly for internal market research. You are welcome to redact/blur out your name and specific account numbers from the PDFs if you prefer.
Additional Details: You will need to briefly list any interactions you remember having with Optimum customer support (e.g., calling to negotiate a rate, service outages, technical visits).
Deadline: This task is time-sensitive and needs to be completed and delivered within 24 hours of contract acceptance.
