Only NEW Freelancers are Welcome for Lead Collection - Long Term Ongoing Work

We have an urgent requirement now. We are in need of 4-5 competent, hard working NEW FREELANCERS, who are reliable. We are looking for long term association and for that we need quality work. Only capable serious persons are welcome here.
We will give you a few wedding supplier urls. We need you to manually collect all leads from the link.
What we actually need in the spreadsheet is very simple: the Suppliers Names & Emails. Nothing more. Please deliver one Excel file with two clearly-labelled columns (Name | Email).
This is a manual lead collection work, if you can do this via Python/BeautifulSoup, Selenium, or any other web-scraping approach that's fine too—as long as the final sheet is accurate and complete. Don't just place your BID blindly.
Fixed Budget: $100 per assigned URL and we want 1 person to handle 3 urls minimum. So, you can earn $300.
We have certain strict rules to abide by so those who follow those strictly can only be hired unless not. To prove your searching skill and worthiness, there will be a small "TEST" - if you're not ready for a TEST then simply don't waste your bid here.
1. All communication will be done via Freelancer only.
2. You need to qualify the TEST -- will HIRE you and assign you the task.
2. Will pay via Freelancer only and the payment will be only after successful completion of the current assignment.
3. There won't be any Milestone at all to start with. Once you finish and submit whole task (3K+ leads), we will HIRE and pay you after Quality Checking only.
4. We are a reputed Client, so don't need to prove anything about our authenticity - if you don't feel comfortable at our terms simply don't place your bid here.
5. We need ONLY NEW FREELANCERS who are looking to start their CAREER here on a HIGH NOTE.
Serious persons will be hired for long term collaboration as we have BIG Clientele to serve for.
