- Experience in conducting surveys against a Survey Questionnaire
- Ability to gather data from Departmental Heads ( Sales, Policy Servicing,Customer Service, Claims Service) of Insurance Industry in India
Project Overview:
- I am seeking a freelancer to run an online survey against my survey questionnaire consisting of 20 Questions and gather the relevant response from 20 Insurance companies for each of the below mentioned departments
- The survey will be targeted towards a the business heads of Sales, Marketing, Policy Servicing, Claims Servicing for 10 Genaral Insurance & 10 Life Insurance companies in India
- The survey should contain between 10-20 questions to ensure a comprehensive yet concise data collection process.
Deliverables:
- Primary data collected for the above requirement through random sampling
- Recommendations for potential actions or improvements based on the survey results.
If you have the required skills and experience in conducting Primary Survey particularly from Senior level executives, please submit your proposal.
