I need someone to collect contact data of OLX advertisers and set up a bulk WhatsApp campaign.

Requirements:
- Collect both phone numbers and email addresses of OLX advertisers.
- Send a WhatsApp message to these contacts, requesting a simple Yes/No reply regarding advertising for free on my website, dialabad.in.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with data collection and management
- Familiarity with WhatsApp bulk messaging tools
- Good communication skills to craft an engaging message
