Need 4716 Executives, decision makers + Domains List

I need a complete, accurate list of exactly 4,716 senior-level executives, each paired with their company’s active domain so I can launch a large-scale, email-based networking campaign. Generic addresses won’t do; every record must point to a real decision-maker—CEO, CTO, VP or similar—at a verifiable organisation.
