Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m assembling a master spreadsheet of licensed construction professionals across every U.S. state and city. The file must cover four core trades—general contractors, HVAC technicians, electricians, and plumbers—and include both company records and solo-practitioner listings.
What I need captured for each entry:
• Legal business name or individual’s name
• Trade classification (GC, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing)
• License number and issuing state agency (verification required)
• City, state, and ZIP
• Primary email
• Main phone
Scraping, API pulls, state-licensing portals, industry directories, and reliable public datasets are all fair game provided they respect terms of service. I’m expecting a clean, de-duplicated CSV/Excel file with column headers and source URL for spot-checks. A short “data dictionary” explaining each column will round out the delivery.
Accuracy matters more than raw volume—please filter out expired or suspended licenses and aim for at least 95 % valid contact reachability.
