Nationwide High School Booster Emails

I’m building a U.S.–wide outreach list of high-school booster or support groups that serve BOTH the band and athletic programs. What I need from you is a well-structured spreadsheet containing, for every school you research: the school’s name, its website URL, the booster or program name, and—most important—the correct email address for the club or the individual who actually oversees the band or athletics.

Email is the sole contact channel I care about, so please prioritise addresses that come directly from school or booster domains over generic “info@” accounts whenever a more specific contact exists. Phone numbers or postal details are not required unless they happen to be on the same page you’re collecting from.

The scope is truly national, so feel free to tap state association directories, official school sites, booster club pages, social media links, Hunter.io, VerifyEmail, or any other dependable research tools that keep bounce rates low.

Deliverables
• A Google Sheet or Excel file with one row per school and separate columns for: School Name, City & State, Website, Program Type (band, athletics, or both), Contact Person (if listed), Email Address.
• An initial sample of 20 records so I can confirm formatting and quality before you move on to the full data pull.
• A brief note on any schools you skip because no valid email could be found, so I understand coverage gaps.
