I need a comprehensive list of around 100,000+ non-residential commercial real estate owners in the US. I am looking for ideally operators of businesses who own the real estate behind their business (for all business types). The list should be delivered in CSV format and should include the following details for each owner:
- Name and contact information
- Property addresses
- Ownership details
The list should cover all states nationwide. Ideal candidates will have experience in data collection and access to reliable real estate databases. Please ensure data accuracy and completeness.
If you don't have full confidence a lead is not an owner of US real estate then we don't want that data point. I need non-residential real estate owners only!
