I need a fresh, accurate database of retail-sector decision makers operating in New South Wales. The file must include:

• Contact details – both direct phone numbers and professional email addresses
• A concise purchase history that shows what each contact or their store has bought in the past (product category, approximate frequency or spend band is fine)
