I’m putting together a statewide database of catering companies operating anywhere in New South Wales, with thorough coverage of Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong and every other NSW locality. For every business you find I need, at a minimum, the name, street address, phone number and a working email.
In addition, please capture the website URL, a short note on the main cuisines they advertise and their stated operating hours so the file is genuinely useful for sales outreach and market analysis.
Cleanliness of the data is critical. I’ll be checking for duplicates, correct spellings, consistent phone formatting and live email/website links. When you hand the work back I want everything laid out in a single Excel spreadsheet, neatly structured and ready for filtering or pivot-table analysis—no raw scraps or half-filled cells.
