I need help gathering NPI data for optometrists in California using the NPI Registry. The data should be formatted in an Excel document matching the example I provide.

Requirements:
- Access the NPI Registry
- Search by NPI type: organization (please make sure this says organization when searching)
- Use Taxonomy description for: optometrist
- State filter: California
- Copy format from attached Excel document
