Mixed-Use Property Listings Research

I need help pulling together a clear snapshot of mixed-use properties currently for sale or lease in my local area. Your task is to visit reputable real-estate websites, locate every mixed-use listing you can find, and capture the asking price along with the key details that help me compare options quickly.

To keep the information easy to digest, record each listing in a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets is fine). Include at minimum: website/source, full address, brief description, price, date listed, and the direct link. If any data point is missing on a site, note it as “N/A” rather than leaving it blank so I know you checked.

Because this is a one-time assignment, accuracy and honesty are more important than volume; I’d rather have 30 reliably verified listings than 60 questionable ones. You’ll need your own laptop and a stable internet connection. Once you’re done, share the sheet so I can cross-check a few random entries—if everything lines up, we’re finished.
