1Million US Custom Software Leads Needed

I need a fresh, well-researched list of U.S. companies that are actively looking for software development help—specifically custom software solutions. The focus is on organisations that have either voiced a current need or are demonstrably in the buying phase (recent funding, open RFPs, tech-stack upgrades, expansion announcements, etc.).

The end goal is simple: hand-over ready-to-contact decision-makers so my team can offer our custom software services. Web or mobile projects are useful context if they point to a broader custom build, but the qualification must centre on bespoke software requirements.

Deliverable (acceptance criteria)
