Massive B2B Data Delivery: Germany Focus -- 2

We are looking for an experienced B2B data provider / data sourcing expert who can deliver a fresh and unique Germany-focused B2B database.

We already have an existing large database. The delivered data must be new and non-overlapping with our current records.

This is a serious, high-volume project. Please apply only if you have proven experience handling datasets of this size.

Scope & Deliverables
• Minimum delivery: 5,000,000 unique B2B records
• Target geography: Germany (DACH acceptable as an add-on)
• Delivery timeline: Maximum 14 days

Data Requirements

Each record must include (at minimum):
• Company name
• Business email (no free email domains)
• Phone number
• Website
• Industry / category
• Company address (city, postal code, country)
• Decision-maker role/title (where available)

Critical Conditions
• Data must be freshly sourced (recent, not resold lists)
• No duplicates within the dataset
• No overlap with our existing database
• GDPR-compliant sourcing only
• Data must be delivered in a specific format, which will be shared after project award
• Supplier must explain data source and collection method

Payment & Milestones
• 50% of the total data (minimum 2.5 million records) must be delivered and approved before final payment release
• Remaining 50% to be delivered after milestone approval
• Final payment released only after full dataset validation

• Clean, structured, de-duplicated data
• Basic validation completed before delivery
