Managerial Contact Data Collection
Budget: $10 – $50 AUD
Identify and provide personal email addresses of the highest-ranking manager at each individual workplace (not central/head office CEOs).
Supporting data (site addresses and CFAR numbers) has been provided in the attached Excel file.
Total volume: approximately 1,050 workplaces/companies.
• Execution:
• The work will be carried out manually, as automation is not possible.
• The process includes:
1. Identifying the correct company and workplace location.
2. Finding the person holding the highest managerial position at that specific workplace (e.g., site manager, branch manager, plant manager, etc.).
3. Matching and verifying that person’s personal email address.
• Delivery will be in an Excel file with clear columns (company, workplace, name, position, email address).
• Info@ addresses will only be used as a last resort and only if they are directly tied to the identified workplace and manager.
• Expected outcome:
• 100% coverage cannot be guaranteed, but we must achieve at least 60–80% correct matches, with special attention that managers are indeed located at the correct workplace (this is the critical requirement of the assignment).
• Estimated delivery time: approximately 1 week from project start.
• Risks/limitations:
• In some cases, managers may officially be registered at another location within the company – here we need to perform extra checks to ensure the person is actually the manager at the relevant workplace.
• The delivery is based on available data, but we will ensure the use of the most reliable sources possible (including LinkedIn and complementary manual research).
