Long Island Trades Contact Database
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m preparing a marketing outreach to home-service professionals on Long Island and need a rock-solid contact database before I hit “send.” Your job is to locate every licensed and insured electrician, HVAC tech, carpenter, plumber, appliance repair specialist, and roofer operating in Nassau or Suffolk County, verify their credentials, and package the information in a single, well-structured Excel workbook.
Every entry must contain: the individual’s name and business name, complete mailing address, both business and mobile phone numbers with area codes, email address, license number, current insurance details, and any trade-specific, safety, or manufacturer training certifications you can confirm plus the last column either yes or no if they are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Please cross-check each record against the relevant New York licensing boards or county registries so I can trust what I’m reading.
Once the spreadsheet is complete, create a companion email list that’s ready for bulk distribution—no formatting fixes required on my end. A separate tab (or a clean CSV) containing only the addresses works fine; I’ll import it straight into Mailchimp.
Deliverables I’m expecting:
• Verified Excel workbook with all requested fields, one row per professional
• Clean bulk-mail list extracted from the same data
• A brief note outlining your verification sources
If anything looks uncertain during your research, flag it rather than guessing—I’d rather have fewer, fully validated contacts than padded numbers.
