I need a concise list of active U.S.–based individual eBay sellers who maintain a positive feedback score of 90 % or higher. Please ignore large stores and business accounts; I am only interested in solo sellers operating under personal accounts.
What I expect from you

• Your brief note on how you verified both their U.S. location and individual-seller status.
