Local Mobile Home Realtor Leads

I need a fresh list of local real estate agents who are likely to have clients interested in buying mobile homes. My team will be reaching out by phone, so every contact must include the agent’s direct phone number along with name, brokerage, and—when available—email for follow-up notes.

Please focus only on agents who actively work in my immediate market; statewide or national contacts won’t help here. I’m open to any research method you prefer—MLS data mining, county records, LinkedIn, web scraping—so long as the final spreadsheet is accurate, recent, and cleansed of duplicates.

Deliverable
• Spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with: Agent Name, Brokerage, Direct Phone, City/Zip, optional Email
• Minimum 100 verified contacts, each checked for active license status within the past year

Acceptance Criteria
• 95 %+ valid phone numbers (I will spot-call a sample)
• All agents operate inside the defined local radius I’ll share once we start
• No records older than six months from gathering date
