Lebanon Beauty Salon Market Survey

I need a detailed, field-based market survey covering 100 randomly selected beauty salons, spas, hair studios, and nail bars across Lebanon. For each location, the survey must capture three core areas:

• Service catalogue – record every type of service offered, how long each one typically takes, and whether it is sold individually or bundled in packages.
• Pricing – note the standard price range for each service, any seasonal or ongoing discounts/promotions, and every payment method the venue accepts (cash, card, digital wallet, etc.).
• Booking journey – observe, on-site, exactly how customers schedule an appointment. I’m interested in whether the process is fully traditional (walk-in or phone), partly digital (WhatsApp, Instagram DM), or runs through dedicated apps or web portals, plus any friction points you notice.

The final hand-off should include:
1. A clean, tabular data set (Excel or Google Sheets) containing all 100 samples with clearly labelled fields for service, duration, pricing details, payment methods, and booking workflow observations.
2. A concise narrative report (PDF or DOCX) highlighting trends, outliers, and regional differences, supported by charts generated in Excel, Google Data Studio, or similar.
3. Three to five key insights that a new entrant could act on immediately (e.g., popular package types, average markup on spa services, prevalence of digital bookings).

Randomisation protocol, sampling frame, and observation template are flexible—include your proposed approach in your bid so I can green-light it before you start. Accuracy and data cleanliness matter more than speed; photographs of price boards or menus are a plus if venues allow it.
