KCET 2026 Student Database

I need a fresh, well-structured dataset of students who will complete the KCET exam in 2026 so I can reach out to them with tailored engineering-college admissions information. The file must be delivered as an Excel spreadsheet and contain, at minimum, each student’s full name, active phone number and/or email address, and their KCET exam score (overall and subject-wise if available).

Scope & volume
• Target cohort: KCET 2026 test-takers across Karnataka
• Record count: well above 5,000 entries (the closer we can get to full coverage, the better)

Data fields required
1. Contact details – mobile number and email are both preferred; at least one is mandatory.
2. KCET exam scores – include total score plus individual subject marks where possible.

Optional value-adds such as high-school name or location are welcome but not compulsory.

Delivery expectations
• Single Excel workbook, clearly labelled columns, no merged cells.
• Clean, de-duplicated records; bounce rate for emails/phones should be minimal.
• Source description: brief note on how/where the data was obtained to confirm authenticity and compliance with local privacy norms.

I will review a 200-row sample first to verify formatting and data quality before we proceed with the full hand-over.
