ČKAIT Directory Data Collction Scrper

I need a scrper to collect specific data from the ČKAIT Authorized Persons Directory, ensuring the data is publicly available and properly encoded for Czech characters. This will help me maintain an organized database of authorized professionals.

Scope of work
- Scrpe all records from ČKAIT Authorized Persons Directory
- Collect data: full name, email address, data box ID, full address, profile URL
- Ensure no duplicates in the data
- Deliver data in CSV or Excel with UTF-8 encoding
- Optional: Provide Python scrper source code
