I need a fresh, accurate database of 20,000 accounts-receivable contacts from manufacturing companies across Japan. For every lead you collect, make sure these three fields are complete and verified:

• Company name (as officially registered)
• Contact person name who handles Accounts Receivable or equivalent finance role
• Direct, valid email address (hard-bounce rate under 5 %)

Because the focus is strictly on the manufacturing sector, please skip technology-only, retail, or other industries. I am open to firms of any size and from any Japanese region as long as they operate in manufacturing.

Deliver the list in XLSX or CSV with separate columns for Company Name, Contact Name, Job Title, Email, Website (if available), and Prefecture. Use reliable sources—LinkedIn, corporate sites, trade directories—so the final file is ready for immediate outreach.
