Street address, email, or property details would be useful extras, but they are not essential.

I’m flexible on how you source the data—public records, reputable data brokers, online directories, or a blend—so long as everything is gathered legally and scrubbed against the national and state do-not-call registries. The finished file should be delivered in Excel or Google Sheets with clear columns, no duplicates, and city designation for every entry.

Acceptance criteria
• At least 90 % of the numbers must connect.
• All duplicate or obvious business numbers removed.
• Separate columns for Name, Phone, and any bonus fields you add.
