Inner-Child Healing Content Creators Research

OVERVIEW
I'm looking for a researcher to build a vetted list of 100 content creators working in the inner-child healing niche across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Substack. This is a sourcing task, not outreach. Quality matters far more than speed.

NICHE DEFINITION
Creators must publish content primarily focused on inner-child healing, reparenting, childhood trauma recovery, attachment healing, or closely adjacent themes (CPTSD recovery, somatic healing tied to childhood wounds, IFS/parts work for the inner child).

EXCLUSIONS (DIRECT COMPETITORS)
I don't want creators who would see this as competing with their own offer. Specifically exclude:

Creators who sell their own inner-child healing program, course, email series, or book as a primary revenue stream.

COUNTRY: CANADA, US, UK, AUSTRALIA, FRANCE

I do NOT want:
- General self-help, mindset, or productivity creators
- Generic therapists or coaches whose content only occasionally touches the topic
- Astrology, manifestation, or "spiritual" creators unless inner-child work is a clear, recurring pillar of their content
- Brand accounts, podcasts without a clear individual creator face, or repost/aggregator pages

DELIVERABLE
A single Google Sheet with the following columns, fully populated for each of the 100 creators:

1. Full name
2. Primary platform (the one where they have the largest or most active audience)
3. Handle on primary platform
4. Follower/subscriber count on each platform
5. Average engagement rate on primary platform
6. Country or location if findable
7. Verified email address
8. Source where the email was found (link or description)
9. Verification method used and result
10. Date verified

QUANTITY SPLIT
I need platform diversity, not 90 Instagram creators and 10 of everything else. Target distribution:
- Instagram: 30 to 40
- TikTok: 20 to 30
- YouTube: 15 to 25
- Substack: 15 to 25

Some creators will appear on multiple platforms. Count each creator once, against their primary platform.

Follower floors: 5,000 minimum on Instagram or TikTok, 2,000 on YouTube, 1,000 subscribers on Substack.

Follower ceilings: 500,000 maximum on any single platform.

QUALITY CONTROL
Before delivery, randomly self-check 10 entries:
- Confirm the creator still meets the niche definition by reviewing their last 5 posts
