I need a fresh spreadsheet containing 250–300 verified phone contacts from NGOs and technical training institutions across Assam and Sikkim. The focus is on NGOs working in youth development, labour & employment, or rural development/poverty alleviation, along with Polytechnic and ITI (Industrial Training Institute) colleges — both government and private.

Scope of work
- Source organizations across Assam and Sikkim that match the brief.
- Capture one actively used phone number per contact and make sure it connects.
- Contact person should be a relevant point of contact (Director, Principal, Placement Officer, Program Coordinator) rather than a generic reception line where avoidable.
- Avoid any duplicate organizations or individuals.

Acceptance criteria
- Minimum 250 unique rows, maximum 300.
- Every number must ring through or be otherwise validated within the last week of delivery.
- No repeats across any of the four columns.
- File submitted in XLSX or a shareable Google Sheet.
- A sample of 20-30 entries to be shared first for quality review before full delivery.
