I need an up-to-date, India-focused healthcare database that I can immediately put to work in research, reporting, and trend analysis. I am open to receiving the data in whichever structure you feel best preserves integrity—Excel/CSV for a quick start, or a relational (SQL) dump if the volume justifies it.

Core requirements
• Content: nationwide records covering hospitals, clinics, diagnostics centres, and other registered healthcare facilities. Bed capacity, specialties, contact details, state and district location, accreditation status, and any publicly available performance indicators are essential.
• Accuracy: the source must be verifiable and preferably compiled from official bodies such as MoHFW, NABH, state health departments, or RTI-derived datasets.
• Freshness: data should reflect the most recent calendar year; please state the collection date.
• Delivery: a single, clean file (or SQL export) accompanied by a short README that describes each field and the data source.
