Independent Music Artist Contacts Research
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need a clean, well-structured spreadsheet of independent Pop, Rock, Hip-Hop, Dance and R&B artists from Europe and North America. Each artist must sit below the 1 million monthly listener mark on Spotify, with a 'sweet spot' between 1K and 100K.
Please research actively rather than scraping outdated databases; every entry should be fresh, accurate and ready for outreach.
Deliverables:
• Artist name
• Email address
• Contact first name (when available)
• Contact last name (when available)
• Spotify artist URL
• Latest release
• Primary genre
• Current monthly listener count
Acceptance criteria:
– All qualified artists need to have a maximum of 100K monthly listeners on Spotify.
– Minimum 500 qualified artists.
– All emails must pass basic validation (no bounces).
– I will spot-check 20 random rows; 90% accuracy required for final approval.
Furthermore:
- We need the actual artist email, or their management email if they have a management. Not their booking agent or PR agent. So at contact role, do not include ‘booking’ and ‘PR’ contacts.
- Artists that have received many Spotify editorial playlists (more than 5) are disqualified.
Typical tools on similar projects include Spotify, Chartmetric, Soundcharts and Viberate. Feel free to use whatever stack achieves reliable data fastest. Share the finished list in Google Sheets so my team can collaborate immediately after delivery.
