Laos Native, Vientiane based.. Hydropower Plant Outreach, Laos for a Conference

I’m putting together a regional power-sector conference in Vientiane and want every major hydro plant in Laos represented. I need a local freelancer who can remotely reach out to plant management, introduce the event, and secure formal confirmations from the right executives.

The task is fully desk-based—phone, email, LinkedIn or any channels you find effective are fine; no site visits are required. As you speak with each plant, please also gather a concise snapshot of their current operations so we can tailor panel topics to their real-world challenges.

Deliverables I expect:
• A contact log listing each plant approached, names and roles of decision-makers, and the communication history
• A scanned or emailed formal confirmation of attendance (or a clear yes/no) from each invited executive
• A brief operational profile for every plant contacted (anything they comfortably share about capacity, key challenges or upcoming expansion plans)

Fluent Lao and English is essential, and familiarity with the local power sector will help you move quickly. I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
