I need a fresh, accurate list of homeowners in specific zip codes, that I can plug straight into my outreach workflow. The focus is strictly on homeowners in specific zip codes.
For every record you gather, I expect two core data blocks:
1. Contact details – full name, direct phone number, and a deliverable email address that passes basic validation.
2. Property details – physical address, property type, and any readily accessible figures such as bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage.
Deliver everything in a clean spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with one row per homeowner and separate columns for each data point. Accuracy matters more than volume; anything unverifiable will be rejected.
