High Value Address List
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m putting together a direct-mail campaign for my tree service and need a clean list of homeowner addresses that meet very specific criteria. I will provide the exact zip codes, and I need more than 500 addresses from each one.
Every record must:
• Be a single-family, owner-occupied property (no rentals, no subdivisions)
• Have an assessed value of at least $250,000
• Sit on a lot larger than 0.4 acres
The finished list should be delivered in an iOS Numbers spreadsheet with this header row: Full Name, Street, City, State, Zip. Please remove duplicates and check that spellings and abbreviations follow USPS standards.
Use whichever reliable sources you trust—county property appraiser data, GIS maps, real-estate databases—so long as the final list matches the filters above. I’ll review a small sample first; once it’s approved, go ahead and complete the full dataset.
