Google Maps Retail Leads

I have two retail-focused websites in mind, each displaying their store locations through embedded Google Maps. What I need is a clean list of every retail business that appears there, with two key data points for each entry:

• a working email address
• a direct phone number

Nothing else is required—no physical addresses, no extra data fields.

You are free to collect the leads with the method you prefer: manual lookup, Google Maps scraping tools, or an API workflow—whatever gets accurate results fast. Just be sure every email/phone pair is verified and deduplicated before delivery.

Please package the final output in a single CSV or Google Sheet so I can import the contacts straight into my CRM. A quick sample of 5–10 records early on will help me confirm we are on the same page before you finish the full pull.
