Google Forms Survey Collection

I need help gathering survey responses through a Google Forms questionnaire. The form is already drafted; what I require is a freelancer who can refine its layout for clarity, publish it, drive targeted traffic to it, and monitor incoming data. Once the collection period ends, I will also need the raw spreadsheet export along with a brief summary of key findings.

Deliverables:
• Polished Google Form ready for public distribution
• A strategy you will use to attract qualified respondents and the daily response log
• Final CSV/Sheets file plus a concise insights memo (top trends, notable comments)
