PROJECT OVERVIEW
We are building a global regulatory knowledge database and are looking for experienced freelancers or research teams who can collect and organize legal and regulatory documents from multiple countries.

The goal of this project is to gather large volumes of official legal documents, regulations, case law, administrative guidance, and regulatory frameworks related to healthcare, corporate operations, investment, taxation, cosmetics and manufacturing regulation, international trade, and related compliance areas.

RESEARCH SCOPE
The research scope may include but is not limited to:

- Medical law and healthcare regulation
- Medical advertising regulation
- Corporate formation and company operation law
- Investment regulation including stock markets, cryptocurrency, and real estate investment
- Tax law and tax rulings
- Beauty and cosmetic regulation
- Medical and cosmetic manufacturing regulation
- Import and export law
- Customs and tariff regulation
- International trade compliance rules

RESPONSIBILITIES
Freelancers will be responsible for:

- Searching official government legal databases
- Collecting laws, regulations, policies, and case law
- Downloading official PDF documents and legal publications
- Recording and organizing original source URLs
- Organizing documents by country and legal category
- Structuring legal data for database use

DELIVERABLES

The final deliverables should include:

1. Downloaded legal documents and official PDF files
2. A structured list of source links for every document collected
3. Organized folders by country and regulatory topic
4. Metadata list including country, source, topic, document title and reference link
5. A consolidated reference document compiling major legal materials (PDF or document format)

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

- Every document must include the original source link
- Sources must be official government websites or credible legal databases
- Documents should be categorized clearly by country and legal domain
