I’m putting together a solid pipeline for my four-piece pop-funk-rock-jazz band and need a reliable partner to supply fresh, accurate hotel contacts. The goal is a database of 1,000 high-end properties spread across Asia, Europe, Africa, and The Americas (the Caribbean included) that regularly book full live bands for 3- to 6-month residencies. Only luxury hotels, mega-resorts, and casino hotels with show lounges, music clubs, or other dedicated performance stages qualify—piano bars alone don’t make the cut.
For every approved hotel I need two decision makers:
• General Manager – full name and verified corporate email
• Food & Beverage Manager – full name and verified corporate email
That adds up to 2,000 clean, bounce-free leads. I will run a NeverBounce or ZeroBounce check and expect at least a 95 % validity score before final acceptance.
Deliverables
1. A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) listing 1,000 qualifying hotels with the fields: Hotel Name, Country, Continent, Property Type, Entertainment Facility, General Manager Name, GM Email, F&B Manager Name, F&B Email, and Email Verification Score.
2. A short, three-hotel sample attached to your proposal so I can confirm data quality and formatting upfront.
