UK & Germany Community Contacts Spreadsheet
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a clean, well-structured spreadsheet that pulls together community-focused contacts from both the U.K. and Germany, starting with the largest hubs first. In the U.K. that means London, Manchester and Birmingham; in Germany, Berlin, Munich and Hamburg come next.
My first priority is garden owners—private or community—but I also want you to capture parents’ groups, school or after-school programme organisers, local sports clubs, allotment associations and any similar grassroots networks you come across while researching.
Alongside the contact list, please include a separate tab that flags upcoming public events in August and September (village fêtes, charity days, local fairs—anything that draws neighbourhood footfall).
Deliverables
• One master spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with clearly labelled columns: name, organisation/type, email, phone, city, brief notes.
• Second tab for August–September events with event name, date, city, organiser contact, and a short description.
• Sources or links for each entry so I can verify accuracy.
Accuracy and freshness of data are more important to me than sheer volume, so quality checks before delivery will be appreciated. If you already use research tools like Hunter, LinkedIn, local council directories or open-data portals, feel free to leverage them—just keep the methods transparent in a short notes column.
Let me know your estimated turnaround time and any clarifying questions, and we can get started right away.
