I am looking for a recently sourced database of Publishers Clearing House / lottery participants that has NOT been scraped from Google or any other publicly indexed pages. The file must focus strictly on contact information and include, for every record:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Mailing address

Coverage should be nationwide across the United States, and the data must be current, accurate, and legitimately obtained (opt-in or otherwise compliant with U.S. data-privacy rules).

Please indicate:
