Fresh National Consumer Phone Database

I’m after a genuinely fresh, fully verified database of consumer phone numbers that covers the entire nation. These numbers must be real, active, and sourced from channels other than public Google scraping or other recycled lists—I need data that hasn’t already been passed around.

Scope
• Data type: consumer phone numbers ( emails and mailing addresses).
• Coverage: nationwide within the United States.
• Quality: opt-in or otherwise legally obtained, scrubbed against any applicable Do-Not-Call lists, and recently verified for activity. I will check a random sample before full acceptance.

Deliverable
• One CSV or Excel file containing the complete data set, with standard fields (first name, last name, phone number, state/ZIP at minimum).
• A brief note describing how and when the data was sourced and validated.

Acceptance Criteria
• Sample test shows fewer than 10 % inactive or disconnected numbers.
• Full file matches the same quality standard.
• Delivered within 2 days of project award.
