Fresh 5,000 Indian Freelancer List -- 2

I need a brand-new database of 5,000 India-based freelancers, divided as evenly as possible among developers, designers and writers. Every contact must be sourced within the past 30 days so the list feels genuinely “fresh,” not recycled from old directories.

What I expect you to capture for each person:
• Full name
• Primary skill set (developer, designer or writer)
• City and state within India
• At least one verified, direct point of contact (email or mobile)
• Link to a recent portfolio piece, GitHub repo or published article that proves current activity

To meet the even-split requirement, aim for roughly:
• 1,670 developers
• 1,665 designers
• 1,665 writers

Acceptance criteria
• No duplicate names or emails across the list
• All contact details must pass a basic validity test (bounce-free emails, active phone numbers)
• Final file delivered as a clean, UTF-8 CSV
