About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Freelance Field Survey & Market Research Executive to join our team on a contractual basis. This role is crucial for our market intelligence efforts in the electric vehicle (EV) sector. The primary responsibility will be to conduct in-person surveys and gather qualitative and quantitative data from a variety of stakeholders in the Delhi NCR region.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for on-ground fieldwork. You will represent our organization professionally and accurately collect valuable insights that will directly impact our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Data Collection: Travel within Delhi NCR to conduct surveys and fill out pre-defined survey forms.
Targeted Outreach: Proactively engage with various stakeholders, including but not limited to EV technicians, charging station owners, EV customers, and potential buyers.
Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all collected data.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a positive rapport with respondents to encourage honest and comprehensive feedback.
Reporting: Submit completed survey forms and daily fieldwork updates to the project manager.
Flexibility: Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including potential evening or weekend visits, to meet the availability of respondents.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in market research, field surveys, or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with the Delhi NCR region and its transportation networks.
Knowledge of the electric vehicle (EV) industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
Must be comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for data entry.
Compensation:
This is a flexible, freelance position with a payment structure designed to reward your efforts.
Per-Form Payment: Remuneration will be based on a fixed rate for each accurately completed and validated survey form.
Daily Allowance: A daily allowance will be provided to cover travel and other fieldwork-related expenses.
Performance Incentives: Opportunities for performance-based bonuses will be available for exceeding targets.
