Find Lawyers' Emails from Websites

I am seeking a diligent freelancer to help me to clean up data in an excel file and find email addresses doing the following:

1) delete the duplicates in a excel tab named "PSC" - keep the contacts that have an email address;
2) delete the rows in a excel tab named "PSC" that display the name of people that are already in listed in the tab named "Total";
3) in the tab named PSC - place the emails that are missing for contacts from Macau territory (finding them in the tab named "Macau";
4) find email addresses for over 100 lawyers (more ore less 600 missing) whose names are listed in an Excel sheet. The primary source for these email addresses will be law firm websites. There is no prioritization of specific firms; all should be treated equally in the search process.
