Field visits - Confinement Centers
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a MALAYSIAN field market researcher, who can visit several confinement centers in person and find out whether management is open to hosting a future product-sampling project on their premises. You will pose as a potential client, engage naturally with the staff, and leave with a clear yes/no (and any conditions) regarding their willingness to participate and additional information on the number of mothers they receive per month.
Scope
• Identify and visit a representative spread of confinement centers across the agreed cities or states.
• Hold short, conversational inquiries with the relevant decision-maker (owner, manager, or supervisor).
• Note any qualifiers they mention— scheduling preferences, fees, or policy restrictions.
• Observe general atmosphere so you can add context, but do not perform full audits on cleanliness or service; the sole metric is sampling-project acceptance.
Deliverables
1. A concise written report for each location (PDF or Word) that includes:
‑ Center name, address, date/time of visit
‑ Contact person spoken to and their position
‑ Their response on allowing a sampling project, with details or caveats
‑ Your quick personal impression (one paragraph max)
2. A summary page comparing all centers and highlighting the most receptive sites.
3. Receipts or geo-tagged photos outside the premises to verify each visit.
Acceptance Criteria
• All reports are submitted within the agreed timeline.
• Information is specific, factual, and directly answers the sampling-project question.
• Each visit is documented with verifiable proof.
This assignment involves only confinement centers; we are not looking at retail stores, restaurants, or other service outlets right now. Familiarity with discreet field research, solid note-taking skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly in English are essential.
The assignment requires a MALAYSIAN NATIONALITY to be able to communicate fluently with all kinds of confinement centers.
The assignment requires ONLY FIELD VISITS NOT ONLINE checks or phone calls, please make sure you are able to go to the field and perform the visits.
