Fertility Supplement's Social Media Analytics Setup
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m working on a research project focused on the promotion of fertility supplements on social media. I need one-time assistance setting up an automated, beginner-friendly system to collect, organize, and monitor relevant posts from Instagram and TikTok using specific fertility supplement hashtags.
What I’m Looking For:
- A setup of an Apify workflow that scrapes the top 50 most-viewed posts from each platform (100 total) from the past 6 months, based on provided fertility supplement hashtags.
- Extracted data fields should include:
Post link, caption, hashtags, views/play count, likes, shares, comments, username, posting date, content type, supplement(s) mentioned, and more (I’ll provide a full table and scoring rubrics).
- Output should be delivered in an easy-to-navigate Excel or Google Sheet, clearly organized for users with little or no technical background.
- Guidance on how to refresh or schedule monthly data collection to track trends over time.
Setup must enable manual scoring using the JAMA Benchmark Criteria and Modified DISCERN Scale (templates provided).
-No ongoing support needed—just the initial setup and step-by-step instructions for future use.
-The whole system should be as simple and accessible as possible.
- Quick suggestions on how to best visualize the data, like what type of graph or summary table might work well to compare the results (using GraphPad, Excel, Python, or another tool). It would help me a lot in presenting the findings clearly.
- Possible discussion: In addition to the initial setup, I’m also interested in a sustainable solution for ongoing monthly data collection—something like an app, dashboard, or automation that allows me (or other non-technical users) to easily refresh or collect new data with minimal effort. This would make it easier to monitor trends and compare promotional content across different months.
This project is part of my graduate research and is self-funded, so I’m looking for a setup that is both affordable and practical, nothing overly complex or expensive. I really value approaches that balance functionality and simplicity to make this accessible for long-term use
