For an upcoming telehealth launch built around GLP-1–based weight loss plans, I need a fresh, permission-based email list of women aged 25-60 located in North America. The contacts must clearly show intent: they are already subscribed to fitness newsletters, have purchased weight-loss products, and are active on weight-loss forums. Only legally obtained, existing email databases are acceptable; I won’t consider lists scraped from social media, survey incentives, or any source that could jeopardize compliance.

Quality is paramount. Every address has to pass a recent verification sweep (ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, or similar) so bounce rates stay minimal and sender reputation intact. GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA alignment is non-negotiable.
