I’m rolling out FastField Mobile Forms to streamline the way our internal team collects operational data. I need a specialist who already knows the platform inside and out to translate our existing jotform and processes into clean, reliable digital forms.
The goal is simple: accurate, real-time data collection. Each form must accept free-text input, perform straightforward numerical calculations, and allow users to snap photos and sign on the device before submission. Everything will be used exclusively by our in-house staff, so the interface should stay intuitive and fast for people who are often in the field.
Deliverables
- Design and build the initial set of FastField forms with text, calculation, image, and signature fields
- Configure validation rules, conditional logic, and any required workflows for smooth submission and export
- Publish the forms to our company account and conduct a short walkthrough so the team can start using them immediately
- Provide concise documentation outlining key field logic and any maintenance steps
