FMCG Sales Talent Mapping
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I want a concise talent map of current sales professionals working for FMCG companies across Gujarat and Maharashtra. The end result should be a clean spreadsheet that lets me see, at a glance, who is active in the market and worth approaching for future hiring along with total structure of sales people.
Here is what I need captured for each person you list:
• Contact details (mobile and email)
• Recent sales performance data or KPIs that can be publicly verified or confidently sourced
• Brief professional background highlighting company, role, territory and tenure
• Current salary range or CTC band (best estimate is fine)
• City or district they operate from
• An indication of whether they are open to changing jobs in the next 3–6 months
Please focus on Gujarat and Maharashtra only. A basic yet accurate snapshot is enough; I am not looking for an exhaustive census. Prioritise frontline and area sales managers first, then move up to regional roles if time allows.
Deliverables:
1. An Excel or Google-Sheet with the above fields, clearly labelled.
2. A short note on your primary data sources or outreach method so I understand reliability.
