FMCG Product Barcode Dataset
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a comprehensive dataset of FMCG items that already includes each product’s bar code. You do not need to limit yourself to one category; feel free to pull records from food and beverages, personal care, household items, or any other fast-moving line you have reliable data for—the broader the coverage, the better.
Please structure the final file so it can be imported directly into a database. I will adapt it to my own environment, so a clean, well-documented import format is essential (CSV wrapped in a SQL-ready script, JSON dump, or any other approach that drops smoothly into a relational or NoSQL store is fine as long as the mapping is clear).
Key fields I must see per record: product name, brand, bar code (EAN/UPC), pack size or net weight, category, and MRP. Extra attributes such as ingredients, images, or GST rate are welcome if you have them.
Deliverable:
• One data file in an import-ready format, accompanied by a brief read-me that explains field names, encoding, and any assumptions you made.
I’m ready to review sample rows as soon as you have them, then we can lock down the schema before you finish the bulk of the scrape or compilation.
