Extract University Publication Data

Web of Science Institutional Access is a must. Those who has access via their institution can only generate the data


I need a reliable researcher to pull five years of publication records from Web of Science for one specific university (I will confirm the name as soon as we start). The search must be narrowed to the disciplines of Medicine, Dentistry, Technology, Pharmacy and Nursing, then exported and organised in a clean Excel spreadsheet.

Scope of work

• Search Web of Science for the target university, filter results to the past five complete calendar years.
• Apply subject filters so only data from 2021 to 2025 is retrieved
• Export all available metadata and compile it into a single Excel file. I expect at minimum: ISSN, article title, issue, publication date, DOI, Publication link, Classification of the journal (Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4), authors names, Web of Science research ID (if exists), orcid id (if exists).


Acceptance criteria
• Spreadsheet opens without errors in Microsoft Excel.
• Each record covers the required fields and matches what appears on Web of Science.
• Total number of entries aligns with the Web of Science result count after filters are applied.

If you are familiar with Web of Science exporting tools using intuitional subscription, this task can be done.
We are expecting data more than 500 entries.
